Todd White, a 53-year-old man from Duncan, British Columbia, was arrested on October 17, 2024, and charged with manslaughter related to the stabbing death of a 33-year-old man on July 16, 2022. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in downtown Duncan, where the victim was found injured and later died at the hospital. The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit is handling the ongoing investigation.
