Anthony Best, 48, from Eastern Carolina, was arrested on October 14 for stealing a 2018 Kia Soul and damaging eight vehicles at a Kinston garage. He was apprehended while driving the stolen car and faces charges of larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle, and driving with a revoked license. Best is currently held at Lenoir County Jail on a $30,000 secured bond.
