A motorcyclist in his 50s was killed in a crash early Saturday in Jacksonville's Northside at the intersection of Moncrief Road and West Edgewood Avenue. An elderly woman driving a sedan turned into his path, causing the collision. He was thrown from his motorcycle and later died at the hospital. The sedan driver is cooperating with authorities, and no impairment was detected. This incident marks the 121st traffic fatality in Jacksonville this year, including 22 motorcycle deaths.
