Ronan Dunne, 58, has been granted bail after allegedly ramming his car into the gates of Áras an Uachtaráin, the Irish President's residence, causing over €10,000 in damage on October 10. Charged with criminal damage, he has not yet entered a plea and will return to court on January 17. Dunne claims he sought help for his family, believing they were linked to a criminal organization, but police found no such connections. Bail conditions include staying out of Dublin and not driving.
