15-year-old Emilee Hamilton died in a traffic accident involving a semi-truck in Liberal, Kansas.

Fifteen-year-old Emilee Megan Grace Hamilton from Liberal, Kansas, died in a traffic accident on Thursday afternoon in Seward County. While driving a 1993 Chevy 1500, she failed to yield at a stop sign on County Road 17 and was struck by a 2025 Kenworth semi driven by 60-year-old James Campbell Bailey from Wichita. Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene, while Bailey was unharmed. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
