Delhi High Court issues notices to Speaker and MLA over ex-AAP MLA's disqualification petition.

The Delhi High Court has issued notices to Speaker Ram Niwas Goel and MLA Dilip Kumar Pandey regarding a petition from former AAP MLA Kartar Singh Tanwar, challenging his disqualification under the anti-defection law. Tanwar, who switched to the BJP in July, claims he was not given a hearing before his disqualification on September 24. He contends the decision was made hastily and without considering his health issues. The case will be heard again on December 9.
