Cybersecurity firm Wiz, which turned down a $23 billion acquisition offer from Google, aims to achieve $1 billion in annual recurring revenue by 2025 as a prerequisite for going public. Co-founder Roy Reznik noted the company's software scans cloud providers like AWS and Azure for risks. With $1.9 billion raised in venture capital, Wiz is expanding internationally, particularly in Europe, where it recently opened an office in London.
