A 28-year-old man from Seaford, Delaware, died in a single-vehicle crash on Shawnee Road early on October 16. The driver lost control of his Kia Sorento, hitting a telephone box, a gas line, and a tree. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. Shawnee Road was closed for about three hours for investigation. Delaware State Police are investigating the incident and seek witnesses to come forward.
