TANAKA Kikinzoku Kogyo K.K. has developed TK-SK, a new palladium alloy for probe pins in semiconductor testing, featuring a maximum hardness of 640HV. This advancement aims to reduce wear and extend the service life of test equipment. The company plans to increase shipments by 1.5 times by 2028 and will showcase TK-SK at SWTest Asia 2024. This innovation supports the anticipated growth in the semiconductor market.
