Former Inner Mongolia VC Standing Committee member Du Zi arrested on bribery charges, October 17.

Du Zi, former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Inner Mongolia, has been arrested on bribery charges, as reported by the Supreme People's Procuratorate on October 17. The National Commission of Supervision completed its investigation and referred the case to prosecutors, who are examining it further. Du also served as deputy secretary of the leading Party members group within the committee.
