The hub, set to cost Rs. 77.5 crore, aims to support incubation and training for young entrepreneurs. Dhankhar highlighted a Rs. 60,000 crore investment to skill 500,000 youth over five years and praised the Look East and Act East policies for enhancing regional connectivity.
