Lincoln Police are investigating two incidents on O Street. On October 9, a man was assaulted outside Sandy's Bar, suffering a severe head injury from a skateboard attack, resulting in a seizure. Earlier, on September 15, another man vandalized the bar, breaking a window. Authorities seek public help in identifying the suspects, described as white males.
