The Kansas City Chiefs have activated running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire from the non-football illness list, allowing him to practice for the next 21 days. Edwards-Helaire, who has been dealing with PTSD from a 2018 robbery, was placed on the NFI list on September 2. He may return to the active roster for the Chiefs' upcoming game against the San Francisco 49ers. Head coach Andy Reid expressed his support for Edwards-Helaire's return.
