Danias Weaver, a 23-year-old man, was fatally shot on Llanfair Avenue in College Hill, Cincinnati, on Monday afternoon. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene. Nearby schools, including Aiken High School and College Hill Fundamental Academy, briefly enacted lockdowns for safety.
