Truck driver James Alexanda Latchford had his license reinstated by a Melbourne court after being found not at fault in a collision that resulted in the death of journalist Sam Landsberger. The court determined Latchford was not driving recklessly when Landsberger walked into the truck's rear wheels. Latchford's initial license suspension stemmed from a refusal to provide a blood sample, for which he still faces a charge.
