Three individuals were arrested in Tangent, Oregon, after an alert from a security system at Hendrix Heating, which had faced multiple thefts, led deputies to the property at 2:20 a.m. on October 13. Zakkery Sprinkles, 33, was found fleeing the scene, while Teia Brady, 45, was located in a nearby vehicle. Ryan Baarstad, 44, was discovered hiding in a work truck. The suspects were charged with trespassing, conspiracy to commit theft, and possession of burglary tools and drugs.
