Zimbabwean accountant Knowledge Ngwarai was arrested for fraud after an internal audit uncovered $120,860.56 missing from the Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development ministry. He was released on $500 bail and is set to return to court on November 11. The investigation began due to discrepancies in financial reports identified by the ministry's Finance Trust Funds director, Betty Wenjere.
