18-year-old driver running red light causes crash with fatalities on Chicago's South Side.

A crash on Chicago's South Side resulted in two fatalities early Monday morning when an 18-year-old driving a black Infiniti sedan ran a red light and collided with a silver sedan. The 45-year-old male driver and a 40-year-old female passenger in the silver car were pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center. The Infiniti driver sustained injuries but is in fair condition. The incident is under investigation by the Major Accidents Unit.
