Crews from Nebraska Public Power District and Omaha Public Power District have completed their power restoration efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The NPPD team restored power in Georgia and Florida, while OPPD's crew helped over 83,000 customers in Florida after initially assisting in West Virginia and Virginia. Both teams have returned to Nebraska after providing vital support in multiple states, addressing significant power outages from the hurricanes.
