He lost control of his vehicle, colliding with a scooter and signal posts. Santhosh, who was with his daughter, reportedly smelled of alcohol but refused a blood test. He was charged with reckless driving and DUI, released on bail, and his car was impounded. No complaint was filed by the scooter passenger.
