Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lieutenant Brian Boxler was arrested and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Employed since 2008, he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and placed on paid suspension pending an investigation. Boxler is scheduled to appear in court on November 20. This incident marks the third arrest of Metro officers in August.
