Dubai Exhibition Centre undergoes $2.7bn expansion to create the largest indoor events space by 2031.

The Dubai Exhibition Centre is undergoing a $2.7 billion expansion, with UK firm Mace managing Phase 1, expected to be completed by 2026. This phase will expand the venue's exhibition space from 58,000 to 140,000 square meters. The full project, set to finish by 2031, aims to create the largest indoor events space in the region, allowing Dubai to significantly increase its annual large-scale events from 300 to over 600 by 2033.
