China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) plans to enhance support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and unicorn companies to stimulate market growth. With about 141,000 innovative SMEs, including 14,600 specialized "little giants," the MIIT aims to improve access to capital, promote digital transformation, and facilitate public listings. Specific measures to boost domestic consumption and investments will launch in the fourth quarter.
