Leodalis De Vries, a 17-year-old Padres prospect ranked 28th on MLB Pipeline's Top 100, is set to participate in the Arizona Fall League. After signing for $4.2 million from the Dominican Republic, he played as the youngest in Single-A, posting a .238/.361/.442 line with 11 home runs and 13 steals despite injuries. De Vries has the potential to be a 30/30 player and may transition positions, but is expected to excel offensively regardless.
