Stephanie Bracks, 43, from Dallas, was sentenced to 47 months in prison for stealing over $52,000 from her 89-year-old great-uncle, Pearl Williams, in Kansas. The case, initiated in 2020, revealed unauthorized checks written to her and her boyfriend, Anthony Patterson. Bracks was convicted of felony elder mistreatment and theft, while Patterson, who initially received probation, is now back on probation for failing to pay restitution.
