Journalist discovers suspected fuel tampering at Ghanaian GOIL station, potentially stealing from customers.
Journalist Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah has revealed alleged fuel pump tampering at a GOIL station in Atimpoku, Ghana, where customers are reportedly receiving less fuel than paid for. Afrifa-Mensah demonstrated this by having an attendant dispense 10 liters into a regulated container, which showed a lower amount. He estimates that customers could be losing significant money, receiving less than half the fuel they pay for. Concerns about the integrity of fuel pumps have been raised.
