Aldi has been recognized as the 'best tasting' UK supermarket for its Christmas range in Good Housekeeping's 2024 Christmas Taste Test, surpassing Tesco, M&S, and Waitrose. Out of 730 products evaluated, Aldi's Veuve Monsigny Premier Cru Champagne was named Best Champagne. Additional award-winning items included mince pies, a whole turkey, and an orange and maple pudding. Aldi also continues to be recognized as the cheapest supermarket in the UK.
