Benjamin Joos, 43, from Tigerton, has been indicted for allegedly assaulting a female postal worker with a shotgun on September 24. The federal grand jury charged him with interfering with a federal employee while she was on duty. If found guilty, Joos could face up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000. The investigation was conducted by the Shawano County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
