Rochester, Minnesota police are searching for a suspect who stole a shuttle van from a business on Civic Center Drive NW early Friday morning. The van, left running outside, was reported stolen around 2:45 a.m. and later spotted on Highway 52. After a failed traffic stop, police deployed spike strips, forcing the van to stop. The suspect fled on foot into a field and remains at large, but authorities state there is no immediate threat to the public.
