Qatar Chamber Chairman announces 50% reduction in membership fees for private sector firms.
Qatar Chamber's chairman, Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Thani, announced a planned reduction in membership fees to support the private sector. The upcoming policy will cut annual fees by 50% for shareholding, holding, and foreign companies involved in state contracts, setting the fee at QAR 5,000. Other company types will pay QAR 500. Authentication and certification fees will stay at QAR 50, unchanged since 1990.
