Godrej Properties, a prominent Indian real estate developer, acquired six land parcels in the July-September quarter for housing projects worth ₹9,650 crore. This move aligns with strong housing demand and follows the addition of eight parcels in the first half of the fiscal year, totaling an estimated saleable area of 11 million square feet. The company aims for ₹27,500 crore in sales bookings for 2024-25, having achieved 63% of its annual development goal.
