34 students attended a Youth Dairy Camp during spring holidays, learning dairy cow care and career opportunities.

The Mid Coast Dairy Advancement Group hosted a Youth Dairy Camp at Wingham Showground for 34 students aged 9-19 during the 2024 spring holidays. Participants engaged in hands-on workshops covering dairy cow care, including nutrition, first aid, and career opportunities. Led by organizer Karen Polson and her son, Cameron Yarnold, the camp culminated in a heifer show, supported by local volunteers and sponsors.
