OYO, a hospitality company preparing for an IPO, has revamped its leadership team. Sonal Sinha is now COO International, and Rachit Srivastava is COO of OYO Vacation Homes in Europe. Shashank Jain will head Technology & Online Revenue, Pankhuri Sakhuja will lead the German listings and flex-space business, and Ashish Bajpai is promoted to Head of Revenue & Global OTA. Abhinav Sinha will transition to an advisory role in 2025, while Ayush Mathur plans to start a new venture.
