Chinese cargo ship service station in Jiangsu achieves carbon neutrality with solar power.

A cargo ship service station in Jiangsu Province, China, has achieved carbon neutrality since its trial operation began in August. Powered by photovoltaic panels on four oil barges, it generates around 80,000 degrees of green electricity annually, reducing harmful emissions by 16,000 tonnes. The station saves about 825,000 yuan (approximately $117,000) yearly and features amenities like a supermarket, basketball court, and intelligent waste management systems.
