The Workplace Relations Commission found Rosati was unfairly dismissed after discussing staffing issues with the owner. Compensation includes €2,550 for three weeks' pay, €1,700 for lack of notice, €3,000 for not providing mandatory rest breaks, and €1,500 for exceeding work hour limits.
