90-year-old Dwane Monroe, missing in Leavenworth County, Kansas, found safe and returned home.

A Silver Alert for 90-year-old Dwane Monroe, missing from Leavenworth County, Kansas, has been canceled after he was found safe. Monroe, who has memory issues, was last seen Tuesday evening driving a tan 2008 Ford Taurus. He was located Wednesday morning on Kansas Highway 4 in Valley Falls. Authorities initially sought public assistance in locating him, as he may have been spotted in Riley County. Monroe has since returned home.
