Pam Frederick has been appointed as the new City Manager of Bullard, effective November 12. A former mayor and city council member, she brings 12 years of mayoral experience and 29 years in education. Frederick will oversee city operations, manage services, and implement policies. The City Council selected her from about 30 candidates, citing her deep understanding of the city and strong community relationships as key factors in her appointment.
