India is facing a significant mental health crisis among its 250 million students, with 80% experiencing stress from academics and social media, contributing to rising suicide rates. To combat this, the Ananya Birla Foundation and Delhi's IHBAS are implementing mental health education in schools, utilizing art therapy and narrative sessions. This initiative aims to normalize mental health support, reaching over 20,638 students and targeting 30,000 by March 2025.
