In Karsingsa, Arunachal Pradesh, heavy rain caused a boundary wall of a government transport office to collapse, killing four people and injuring three others. The wall fell on huts where victims were sleeping. Local residents and police rescued eight individuals from the debris. In a separate incident, approximately 200 vehicles were stranded for hours near Hollongi bridge due to debris accumulation from the rain.
