Gwinnett County police are searching for two suspects who allegedly stole a 5-year-old Shih-Poo named Lucy from an apartment complex in Duluth, Georgia, on September 9. After the dog escaped, a witness found her at a pool, but the suspects claimed her as "Coco" and left in a blue Cadillac SUV without a license plate.
