Jayson Winner, a 23-year-old from Raleigh, was arrested in Lenoir County after being stopped for riding a motorcycle without a license plate. The motorcycle was stolen, and authorities found over 61 grams of methamphetamine and other drugs in his possession. Winner, who was already on probation for similar offenses, faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges and is being held in jail on a $350,000 bond.
