Dakota Anderson, 24, from Folsom, has been arrested on two counts of second-degree rape involving two teenage girls, aged 16 and 17. The alleged assaults occurred a week apart in June at a home in Loranger, where Anderson was known to one of the victims' relatives. The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating further and encourages anyone with information to come forward.
