42-year-old Cedrick Garrett was fatally struck by a dump truck in Alabama on October 7th.

Cedrick E. Garrett, 42, of Tuscumbia, Alabama, was killed on October 7 after being struck by a dump truck on Alabama 20 near Lawrence County 273 around 6:15 a.m. Garrett was walking in the roadway when the accident occurred. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's Highway Patrol Division is investigating the incident.
