A $30 million luxury resort inspired by a renowned Argentinian vineyard will be built in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, NSW. The 40-hectare facility, developed by the Federation of Community, Sporting and Workers Clubs, will include 118 self-contained rooms, a café, wine bar, function center, and wellness center, accommodating up to 236 guests. Construction is set to start in late 2023, with an anticipated opening in mid-2027, creating approximately 20 jobs.
