The US Supreme Court has denied Martin Shkreli's appeal to overturn a $64.6 million penalty for monopolizing the market and drastically raising the price of the lifesaving drug Daraprim. Shkreli, known as "Pharma Bro," argued the profits belonged to his company, but prosecutors maintained he was responsible. He was also ordered to forfeit the rare Wu-Tang Clan album "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin." Shkreli previously served time for defrauding investors.
