Jeddah Tower construction resumes in Saudi Arabia, aiming to be world's tallest building by 2028.

Construction of the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia has resumed after a seven-year pause due to an anti-corruption campaign. Once completed in 2028, the tower will stand at 1,000 meters, surpassing Dubai's Burj Khalifa as the tallest building globally. The project, which began in 2013, aims to boost tourism and attract investment as part of Saudi Vision 2030. It will feature a blend of office, retail, and residential spaces, designed by architect Adrian Smith.
