Brenda Earle Stokes, a Sarnia-born jazz musician now in New York, will perform on November 3rd at Maud's Variety with her former high school teacher, Al Weiss. The concert will showcase jazz standards and selections from her seventh album, "Motherhood," which explores modern motherhood and was supported by the Canada Council for the Arts. Joining them are Michigan musicians Rob Emanuel on drums and Andrew Lloyd on bass.
