Amul, an Indian dairy brand, plans to enter the European market following its successful U.S. launch. Managing Director Jayen Mehta highlighted India's status as the largest milk producer, expected to account for one-third of global production. Amul focuses on organic, protein-rich, and chemical-free products, owned by 3.6 million farmers and generating a turnover of ₹80,000 crore. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the cooperative, founded by Dr. Verghese Kurien.
