The US Coast Guard rescued two ill passengers from the Crown Princess cruise ship, 50 miles off Cape Kumukahi, Hawaii. A 70-year-old man showed heart attack-like symptoms, while an 86-year-old man had internal bleeding. Both were hoisted by a Coast Guard helicopter crew and transported to Hilo Medical Center, where they were reported to be in stable condition.
