Backwards Bread Company in St. Cloud marked its 5th anniversary, growing from a basement cottage food operation to a licensed bakery with 13 employees. After acquiring Collegeville Artisan Bakery, they now plan to expand their capacity. Co-owner Liz Meyer thanked the community for their support. The anniversary event included live music, food trucks, and giveaways, attracting a larger crowd than anticipated.
